Terms of Service
Last updated August 25, 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Cole Griffith, trading as ColeG Poker โ trading as ColeG Poker โ covering your use of colegpoker.com. Using the site means you accept them.
1. What this is
ColeG Poker is a set of software tools for tournament poker players: a results tracker, opponent notes, study notes, a session planner and a range painter. It is software you use to record and study your own play.
It is not a gambling service. No poker is played here, no money is wagered, and nothing on this site places a bet or connects to any poker site on your behalf.
It does not promise results. Nothing here is financial advice, and tools for recording and studying your play cannot make you a winning player. Any figures, ranges or comparisons the site produces are derived from what you enter and from solver output you supply.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old to hold an account.
- Give a real email address you control โ it is how you recover access.
- An account is for one person. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account.
- Tell us at support@colegpoker.com if you think someone else has got into it.
3. Subscriptions, billing and the trial
Tools are sold as plans, monthly or yearly. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. A card is required to start the trial but nothing is charged until it ends.
- Renewal is automatic. When the trial ends, and at the end of every period after it, the plan renews and your card is charged until you cancel.
- Cancel any time, from the billing page linked in your account. Cancelling stops the next charge and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Payments are final. The 14-day trial is there so you can decide before paying anything, so charges already taken are not refunded, including for a period you did not use much of. Cancelling before the trial ends costs you nothing at all.
- Prices can change, with at least 30 days' notice by email before it affects you. You can cancel rather than accept a new price.
- Failed payments. If a renewal fails, your card issuer is usually retried for around two weeks and access continues meanwhile. If it keeps failing the plan lapses.
Payments are handled by Stripe. Card details go to Stripe and are never seen or stored by this site.
4. What you may not do
- Share an account, or resell access to it.
- Scrape, bulk-download or automate the site beyond ordinary use, or try to reach other people's data.
- Upload anything unlawful, or anything you do not have the right to upload.
- Attempt to break, overload or work around the paywall or the security.
5. Your content stays yours
Everything you put into the tools โ results, notes, screenshots, ranges โ is yours. You grant only the permission needed to run the service: to store your content, and to show it back to you.
It is not sold, not shared with anyone else, and not used to train anything. You can export or delete it โ see the Privacy Policy.
6. Availability
The site is offered as it is, without a guaranteed level of service. It may be unavailable for maintenance, for a fault, or because something it depends on is down. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.
7. Ending the agreement
You can stop using the site and delete your account whenever you like. An account may be suspended or closed for breaking section 4, or for a chargeback raised without contacting us first. If an account is closed for something you did not do, you get any unused period back.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, liability for any claim connected with this service is limited to what you paid in the twelve months before it arose. Not excluded is anything that cannot be excluded by law.
Decisions you make about your own poker โ what to play, what to risk โ are yours.
9. Changes
These terms may change. Material changes are announced by email to your account address at least 30 days beforehand. Carrying on using the site after that means accepting them.
10. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Georgia, USA, and the courts there have jurisdiction.
11. Getting in touch
